For UK businesses

Unpaid invoices chased.
You pay only if we recover.

We chase overdue invoices owed to you by other companies, politely and firmly, in writing. We take 10% of what we recover. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.

How it works

Four simple steps.

1

Upload your overdue list

Export unpaid invoices from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Excel as a CSV. Our free check shows what is recoverable in seconds. Nothing is stored.

2

Sign online

If you want us to act, sign our terms in one click. No calls, no meetings.

3

We chase in writing

We check each debt is real and the customer is an active company, then send clear reminders and, if needed, a formal letter.

4

Your customer pays you

Money goes straight to your bank account, never ours. We invoice our 10% on what was recovered.

10% of what we recover

No setup fee, no monthly fee, no charge if we recover nothing. See our terms for the detail.

Interest you can claim

Under the Late Payment Act, UK businesses can claim interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus a fixed sum of £40, £70 or £100 per invoice. We include it for you, and it often covers our fee.

See what you could recover

Upload a list of your overdue invoices and get a report in seconds: what is recoverable, the interest you can claim, and our fee.

Questions

Who do you chase?

Limited companies and LLPs that owe you for business invoices. We do not chase individuals or sole traders.

Is this a law firm?

No. We act as your agent in writing. If a debt needs court action, that is your decision and goes through a solicitor.

Do you hold my money?

Never. Your customer pays you directly.

Can I see what you send?

Yes. Everything is in writing, by email and post, and you can ask for the full history of any debt at any time.
